This program was developed with the intention of giving you the independence and autonomy to take control of your healing process and feel confident in your sobriety and mental health.

 

Our licensed buprenorphine-naloxone prescriber can treat patients across NY and FL via telemedicine services. 

We are an insurance based practice with a sliding scale for those who are uninsured or are out of network.

Once intake has been completed and all virtual paperwork has been signed, you will be automatically scheduled every week for the first month, then every two weeks via secure video chat. Medication is prescribed on a bi-weekly basis.

You will be sent a link to join your virtual visit directly to your phone on the day of your appointment. The link is active until 5PM and you are free to join whenever you receive a link.

Our program is not for everyone. If our providers believe you need inpatient or in-person services, a referral can be provided.

Attending your scheduled video appointments with our Buprenorphine prescriber and therapists is crucial to meeting your goals and celebrating your personal achievements.

Our team recognizes open conversation, consistency, and self-accountability as some of the groundwork for achieving long-term sobriety maintaining compliance with our program.

Our program utilizes the Proof+ app for at-home observed oral swab collection with your smart phone. Medication compliance is an important part of the program, and our provider will always go over your results with you.
